Jenna started in the dental field and worked her way into a management role early in her career. She transitioned to an Accounting Supervisor for a HOA property management company while living in Austin and has been instrumental in helping the business grow. After moving back to East Texas, she continues to manage her job remotely and assists Nick with accounting and purchasing.

    Ideally, the best time to contact us is prior to buying a lot, but it’s not necessary. If you haven’t purchased your lot yet, we can work through any potential issues that would add more cost to the build. There are a lot of factors to consider when buying a lot and we’re happy to meet onsite to go over them before you sign a contract.

    To provide an accurate cost analysis, the best thing to get started is a set of architectural plans. If you haven’t started the design phase of your new home, we work with local architects and can point you in the right direction.

    There are many factors that go into this figure such as the level of fixtures, materials, square footage, and additional costs outside of our standard specifications. Our difference is a fully transparent approach to the actual cost. Please be careful when pricing builders based on price per square foot. This can be a very deceptive  number due to the items listed above.  To get an actual number, it’s best for us to sit down and review your plans, overall goals, and budget.

    Please contact us and we’ll email a list of our standard specifications for review. These are items included in the base price of any home we build. When we create your budget, you’ll be able to determine what items are best to upgrade or downgrade based on your budget needs.

    We’ve built homes in as little as 4 months or as long as 12 months. It all depends on the level, quality, and size of build. Ideally, an average home of 2400 sqft would be between 6 to 8 months including the design and permitting phase.
